Our Philosophy

Training Should Feel Fun— For You and Your Dog

Your dog’s behavior is communication. When we listen to what they’re telling us, everything becomes easier: learning, connection, and life at home.

We use positive reinforcement, modern behavior science, and a nervous‑system‑aware approach to help dogs feel safe enough to learn — and families feel confident enough to lead.

You’ll never be asked to use fear, pain, or intimidation. Just clear communication, thoughtful structure, and a whole lot of compassion.

Testimonials

"Christi adjusted quickly to my learning style and saw quickly how Ryker learned which was immensely helpful. Dogs have their own learning styles too!"

~ Kari and Ryker

"Penny went from no connection with me at all to now very connected and wanting to work."

~ Mary and Penny

"Our puppy came home confident, well‑mannered, and still completely himself. Best decision we made."

~ Nicole and Oscar

"Appreciate Christi's approach, positive attitude, patience and how closely she observes and provides feedback."

~Amie and Tessa

"Finding someone to train with who has the same goals for my dog as I do was such a relief. It isn’t just about his behavior (although I’d like him to be a good citizen) but also the relationship between me and my dog. Through Christy’s gentle, straightforward approach my dog Emmett is learning how to be an enjoyable companion, an excellent traveler and a wonderful friend to share my life with. In an era where quality instructors are so hard to come by, I feel so fortunate to have found someone to help both my dog and myself with big and little training situations."

~Marietta and Emmett
